Project Summary

Landscape architect contract approved. Resolution 77 amended Resolution 72 of 2026 to approve the proposal from Aspect 120, which will guide the town through planning the renovation. An earlier certificate-of-insurance holdup has been resolved. Councilperson Vicki Doyle was designated the town's primary liaison to landscape architect Susan Jenquil, and will help organize a stakeholders group, starting with the Bank of Millbrook, which helped fund the project.
